This is a Merkin interpretation by Brett Wolf for targeting Permit on the flats. The Merkin has probably accounted for more fly caught Permit over the years than any other pattern. This specific pattern has been deadly. They are also very effective with almost all flats dwellers. Dont be caught without some in your mix.
